SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery is free with purchases above $50 in a single order, to a single address in one delivery. Free delivery is valid only for Singapore mainland addresses.
Purchases less than the minimum amount required or are ineligible for free delivery would be charged S$10 per local delivery for Singapore mainland addresses.
An additional $10 surcharge will apply for deliveries to Sentosa and Jurong Island.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We provide a one-for-one exchange for all non-customised, non-clearance items within 7 days of delivery.
Simply call us at +6598889178 and quote your invoice number to allow us to better understand your situation.
Exchanges for products purchased from etoz.sg would be at our office – 7 Gambas Crescent #09-29, Singapore 757087.
Please bring the original invoice with you, along with the merchandise for the physical exchange.
Merchandise should be unused, in its original packaging, and with its label tags intact. We will not accept any items for exchange should they have been used, stained, torn, washed, and/or with traces of fragrance or odour.
This Exchange Policy applies only to merchandise bought on this web site.

ETOZ.SG has full discretion to decide whether any item is in a condition suitable for exchange and reserves the right to reject any items if they are deemed unfit for exchange.
