We provide a one-for-one exchange for all non-customised, non-clearance items within 7 days of delivery. Simply call us at +6598889178 and quote your invoice number to allow us to better understand your situation. Exchanges for products purchased from etoz.sg would be at our office – 7 Gambas Crescent #09-29, Singapore 757087. Please bring the original invoice with you, along with the merchandise for the physical exchange.
Merchandise should be unused, in its original packaging, and with its label tags intact. We will not accept any items for exchange should they have been used, stained, torn, washed, and/or with traces of fragrance or odour.
